ITALIAN BLUE CHEES WITH BLACK TRUFFLE FROM BAGNOLI IRPINO

 

A unique cow's milk cheese with an intrusive but elegant and refined taste.

This cheese can be tasted in various maturations: 6 months or 11 months old.

 

To be tasted accompanied by a Passito wine.

Raiamagra Family

Our history

Fernando Dell'Angelo founded the Raiamagra cheese factory in 1987, but the cheese-making tradition of the family has much older roots that dates back to the beginning of the last century.

 

Since then, the traditional "Bagnolese" method is handed down from a generation to another. Furthermore, the company name reflects the deep connection with the territory: Raiamagra is one of the most important mountains of Bagnoli Irpino, the historical site of the dairy production of the Dell'Angelo family.
